The Reform Inn

Second visit in a week and did not disappoint at any level. Really nice lunch on first visit ( beef sandwich was the best I have had anywhere) and a very well presented and flavoursome evening meal on the second visit. Generous portions and lovely staff. Already planning another visit.

Well presented and good service, but the "locally sourced beef" was more like shop bought boiled beef. I prefer a bit pink in my beef,so probably go for something different. Still enjoyed the visit.I must add that the soup for starters was excellent.

What a pub! The food was fabulous, the staff friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was fantastic. We visited 3 times during our week in the Peak District and it didn't disappoint once. The landlord was friendly and willing to have a quick chat despite being rushed off his feet! On the last visit I had the lasagne and I can honestly say it's the best I've ever had - even better than my own! Even the decor throughout was perfect, I wish this was my local.
