Went on for a Sunday lunch wow what a lunch it was you got loads of food it was very tasty but next time I'll get the child size I couldn't manage it all and was a shame to waste good food very friendly and pite staff lovely warm atmosphere will definitely be back

Hmmm...went for Christmas Dinner...think staff were only recruited that morning...didn't have a clue...girl serving us was too busy twirling her ponytail to be bothered...scraped our leftovers from our plates onto plate on table...so off putting...we felt like we were an inconvenience...no one asked if we wanted a drink...so my husband went to bar...and his food got served and went cold whilst he waited to be served...sorry won't bother to go again.

Took my grandson for breakfast with Santa yesterday (16/12/23). Must say, the whole experience was brilliant. Well done to the staff Natalie and Hannah for making us feel so welcome. Big shout out to the Chefs too, Lewis and Mark, those breakfast wraps were delicious. From beginning to end this was a lovely experience for us all. Thanks to the Santa also for accommodating my grandson and his awkward questions. You are all stars
