Food is spot on but, as of recent (past 4 months) service has dipped. Ordered food and 1hr 25mins later still hadn't turned up. Rang to get an update and the usual spiel of "it's on its way" was used. Given its 30 seconds from the house I gave them 10 mins and it still hadn't turned up. I arrive at the takeaway to find they hadn't even started cooking it... hopefully this is just a blip because the past 4 years has been spot on.

Food was cold. I'm still giving 5 stars because ive ordered from here for 5 years and the food here is always really good, but please don't deliver cold food again. It was freezing.
