Woks Crackin

We ordered from here and were given approx 40 mins delivery time but had delayed delivery of 1hr 45mins. It is mothers day so I have to give some leeway as they may have been busier than usual. I phoned the restaurant who were very polite & friendly and gave me a more accurate time for delivery. Food came 20 mins later. Super helpful and friendly staff. All couldn't do enough for you. Even the deluvery driver offered to help jump start van when he arrived with food. Great tofu dishes and offer gluten free options too. Food fresh and crunchy vegetables too! Really done a great turn around over the past several months. The older reviews are irrelevant, trust me!

Food is brilliant, but customer service over the phone not so good. I paid over the phone with my card, and the guy was repeating the whole number out. Was dubious at using my card in the first place but for a member of staff to repeat my card number over the phone (out loud) put me off.Also a lady huffed and puffed because I asked for something else on the order.
