Pizza Hut Delivery

Don't know why this place had poor reviews. We had fast service and good pizza's (everyone in the office found them better than the other two big chains most people seem to rave about???) & friendly when I collected. + not too £££

Delivery 20 minutes late meaning pizza out of the oven for at least 35 minutes. couldn't track driver. Pizza was barely warm. By the time I ate 2 slices it was cold to the touch. The base and crust were overcooked and very tough. They are ending up as dog food. This service today was awful and I was in 2 minds between pizza (Dominos didn't have an offer) or curry and it seems I made the wrong choice. Deep pan pizza was ok. Ordered half veg and half cheese n tomato and a pepperoni feast. For some reason the pepperoni feast didnt come as a deep pan. Slightly disappointed by that as we only order once in a blue moon and was expecting deep pan. Order came late too but weekends are busy so I understand that. Maybe a call from the restaurant or a online function similar to uber eats where you can see how far away your order is?
