Came today to celebrate my birthday and had a lovely lunch food was fantastic and sally was so kind helpful and smiley, she was also celebrating her birthday ? overall highly recommend fantastic value and beautifully cooked<br><br>Parking: We parked outside but there is parking to back no issue found very easy
Food was nice although trying to get service was a struggle. We waited over half an hour after our main course for the pudding menu which never came. No one was around to ask other than one member at the bar who couldn't leave the bar. Ended up paying the bill with the bar man and leaving. Very poor service.
The landlady is vegetarian so thankfully no nutloaf!!! The veggie roast was amazing the tart was tasty and the perfect addition. Friendly pub the landlord was really nice and so were other customers. Dog friendly too.<br><br>Vegetarian options: Fab as the landlady is veggie
