The Old Black Horse Inn

We have been to this venue previously for a beautful mealToday we popped in for a quick pint and glass of wine, after a lovely walk to this beautiful area. The only two inside drinking tables were full with children,not drinking. So the only available places to sit was outside. The weather was chilli and we were directed to sit outside under the canopy, which is very pretty. Our favourite restaurant has now closed so we thought to try the Black Horse as an alternativeThe atmosphere was poor, and the service averageMenu is very limited, and to my opinion, overpriced!Although the desert was excellent ?We will continue looking to replace our old restaurant !

Was disappointed with the limited menu, and 2 scallops the size of a 1p coin was just a joke. To top it off a rowdy bar area metres away from where we were trying to eat. The main course was nice though i had blade of beef.
