Came in for dinner tonight the atmosphere was amazing all staff was friendly, Paige was welcoming and polite my waitress nerise was very attentive and helpful, the carver Alex was very chatty and nice. food was 10/10 would defo be coming back and would definitely recommend

Full disclosure: The 5 stars are for the food and service, not necessarily the aesthetics, clientele or atmosphere (it's not The Ritz). The roasts here are amazing, the chefs and staff are friendly and had a sense of humour. Our host, Paige, was sweet and accommodating. The price is brilliant and the portions are generous and hot. It's decent value. Not fuss, no frills, just good well-cooked nosh!

We visited the carvery today as a family of 2 adults 2 toddlers. Table was ready when we arrived, no long queues and food was nice. Tracey served us and was very helpful she even helped us carry our plates to the table.
