It was a fantastic experience! The food was authentically Japanese, and delicious. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the katsu curry was absolutely amazing packed with rich, savory flavor.<br><br>One of the highlights was the conveyor belt. It added fun to the dining experience, allowing us to try dishes at our own pace. Good thing is all the soy sauce is gluten free - which is fantastic and excellent for me. My gripe is that it feels a bit chaotic and there isn't enough quality sashimi on the menu. I actually prefer ordering from the slightly different menu they have on deliveroo.

Superb! Love the Tuna Tataki! It’s incredible! The vibe is cool and quite trendy, and the food is wonderful! The service is great. One of our favourite Sushi restaurants in Brighton! It’s a real treat. I just wish they still served the Kale Crisps that were stunning!
