The French Table

We opted for the tasting menu at lunch which offered a variety of beautifully presented dishes of authentic French cooking. Standout dishes were the squash veloute, hake and the passion fruit tarte. The restaurant had a buzzing atmosphere and service was perfect.

Having been a regular at TFT for 23 years I have never had a bad meal here. The food is exquisite and the staff exemplary on every level. Surely the best restaurant in SW London and beyond. A joy to go there. Faultless.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and everything was just incredible. We were greeted warmly and sat at our table where found personalised menus wishing us a happy anniversary, which was such a nice touch. We are both pescatarian, so were going to order from the regular dinner menu, but the tasting menu looked amazing so asked if it would be possible to do this without meat.
