Visited on a Friday lunchtime, hadn’t booked but they could accommodate us. There were a few tables having afternoon tea or lunch as well. Good atmosphere, decorated for Christmas but not too noisy. You could sit & catch without distractions from other diners. They do a specials menu Wed-Saturday lunch so it cost us £12.50 for each meal, fish & chips and a delicious curry, rice & tasty naan breads. Service was quick and food was hot & tasty. Would recommend.
Lovely interior. Good mix of food available on the menu, traditional English as well as Indian cuisine. We had the beef croquettes which were alright. Would have been nicer I feel with pulled beef. For main we shared the Indian platter which was really nice and a huge portion we felt. We would go again enjoyed our meal.
A VERY slow start to bottomless brunch I genuinely think this was because there was so meant tables and we appeared to be the only table of 5 doing bottomless. I guess I’m going to say it how it is, when doing bottomless you want to drink a bit. We had to complain to the staff in order for the drinks to flow. It’s fair to say they definitely pulled it back.
