Had an amazing meal here, awe had the starter for 2, sirloin main and a side of garlic mushrooms.<br><br>Staff were incredibly friendly, atmosphere was calm the food was delicious.<br><br>Thank you

We went there twice during our trip to Winchester just to be sure it was as good the second time as the first. We had the 2 course lunch rump steak with a generous glass of wine. Rump is a lean cut and has to be cooked perfectly - it was; both days. Hot off the grill straight to the table, tender, flavorful, and juicy. What terrific value! Better than any pub and cheaper than eating at McDonalds.

Steak was cooked to perfection in line with what we requested, cuts were of good quality and size for the price paid, reasonable number of food options available without being so many as to be overbearing.<br><br>Parking: Nearby Tower Street Car Park can be expensive, depending on the time of day some nearbly street parking maybe available but always difficult in Winchester cester
