The Duckworth Arms

Had a lovely meal of prawn & Marie rose sandwich and fries with a friend of mine.<br>The service was excellent.<br>The background music was a nice touch without it being too loud to have a conversation.<br>It was lovely to see that dogs are welcome and they even have their own menu.<br>I would love to bring my dog but unfortunately he's not very sociable<br><br>Parking: There was plenty of spaces the day we went.

I'm asked to update my review of quite a while ago. Great night, good food and drink, helpful and friendly staff. Do go. Oh, and Saturday night is steak night and with 10% off (I thought the two prices must have been Euros or Pounds!)<br>Dreadful night and quiet at the Duckworth. Made very welcome and fed both well and copiously.<br>Didn't work my way far enough along the bar to try the dark mild... next time.
