I had margherita pizza with olives and mushrooms and a mixed salad-was delicious.
Nice thin base, tasty sauce-cooked lovely
No soggy bottoms here :)
My husband had the fish & chips which was equally nice.
We shared their special whisky & ginger cheesecake for dessert which was really delicious.

Shutford Rd, Balscote, BanburySuper friendly local pub. Been here plenty over the past 3 or 4 years and Kate and her team are welcoming hosts. Hooky beers are great, kept old school on the bar with cooling jackets. Plus all usual wines etc and San Miguel for the lager fans. Food is simple and good, 1 dish per day so don't go expecting a long menu!
