We placed order on app to collect in restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes for our order, whilst other people collected their food. The problem was the frappes. Not the best service today. It was worth the wait, frappés were yummy.
Service can be slow, often having to go into the store to ask where our order is, as we did on this occasion..... Waiting in a serve bay for almost half an hour!<br>Sauces are always missing too!<br><br>Staff are always pleasant.
Ordered food. Both came back wrong but were rectifiedDietary restrictions: Being a coeliac and requiring gluten free food, i usuall go for a double cheeseburger, only cheese, lettuce and fresh onion and no buns.
