Busy Saturday morning.<br>The barista this morning was really impressive, working at great speed, very friendly and seemingly unfazed by the queue.<br>She was still upselling, offering their new coffee blend and wishing everyone a lovely day.<br>You may think this should be a given, but it simply isn't anymore, so we'll done!<br>Really enjoyed our coffees this morning.
I love cafe Nero but its standards are seriously slipping. The staff are lovely, cakes, drinks etc very good but please clean the tables, sweep the floor - it’s just beginning to look so tatty! I know it doesn’t help when lazy people don’t put their cups, trays etc away but you’ll never educate lazy people so you’re going to have to do it yourselves.
Great! Really nice coffee. What is special is all well behaved dogs welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Took my disabled daughter and our frenchie there. Big double doors and no step to access cafe, huge amount of room between tables, easy maneuvering. Good table height.
