Turnpike Brewers Fayre

Been tonight with family and friends for my 40th birthday the food as always was lovely the staff so polite and accommodating could do enough for us and the manager even came to wish me a happy birthday and gift me a bottle of wine really was the loveliest gesture and fantastic end to my birthday cannot wait for xmas dinner now never had a bad meal from turnpike can't rate them enough<br><br>Parking: Large carpark

Can't say too much as I didn't eat. But that was due to the fact the service was very slow. I was in a queue for the bar, and it took an average of 4 minutes per order. It took me 12 minutes to be served and when I was it wasn't the most welcoming service, more like robotic and unpersonal. I'm not sure I would have liked to order food either as the menu wasn't too exciting. It looks like a menu I'd find from the early 00s.<br><br>The toilets...read full review

Okay pub, bit rough round the edges but it's a decent place and food is always nice. We meet friends here and have been going for a while. I'd go again. Young ones will like the Little soft play area etc...read full review
