I like the quality and standard of coffee.The concept of the cafes makes you feel very comfortable.You can easily find a socket for your computer and a charging point for your phone.
Coffee to a good standard, served professionally.Air conditioning not great, can be hit and miss.Toilets not clean, looked abandoned, fittings loose, no evidence of routine checks. This is the main area where Nero has a big edge over Costa.
