I'm currently sitting in Costa, Egham High Street and I cannot believe the genuinely amazing customer service I have received and witnessed from Michael. Not only does he get the coffee absolutely right he adds extra magic to my very fussy 3 year old. I have also seen other customers leave with great customer service from him. Great job and can't wait to come back again!

Costa in Egham is very good and staff always have a smile. What is annoying is that students go in there, take up tables or put them together, and eat their own food and maybe buy one drink, so when regulars go in there is nowhere to sit, and have to leave. No one seems to say anything to them
