This is the nicest Itsu I've been to, and I have visited a fair few. The manager here is lovely and smiley and always pleasant. The place is always spotless, you can tell the staff care. The food is always as expected ?.
I liked it... Only when the service is so automatic... It stops being a service. You order from a machine and they give you everything as if it were canned... Even the drink you have to go look for in the refrigerator... I don't know, is it that I'm old?
