I'm not fan of maccie anyway, and then I'm visiting second time this year, and need wait like 15 minutes because they struggle with frappe machine. Fair enough, but my burger was made and waiting, finally get it chilled, dono why I couldn't get my hot items, and get cold stuff when machine get back working. Wasn't fan ,and not feeling as gonna be ?
Staff appeared over stressed. Poor communication, one person talking orders for drive through whilst making others wait to payOur order was ready at the next window while we were still waiting to pay. Another person to take payments would have eased congestion.Need to look after the staff that are there and not expect them to do two jobs at once.
Regardless of which lane I take, my server is so so so slow that a couple of cars pass me in the other lane. The voice is depressing but appreciate their bored as hell but maybe incentivise them by speed and cheer up a bit
