Iman the server lady was so polite and friendly. She was very nice and kind and gave me options for my order and made sure that I felt comfortable, and welcomed me very cheerfully. Lovely, cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend

Can't fault greggs in nelson, very busy every time I visit, but the staff are always smiling, very helpful well turned out. has the feeling of a local meeting place.
