It was my first time visiting this branch on my lunch break! I must say Louis’s customer service has been exceptional! He has been been very calm and understanding throughout as well as prioritising my order first as I had very limited time left. Food was very nice too. Thank you once again! Will definitely be coming back here soon and highly recommended this place??

We absolutely love Wagamama. We visited the Sevenoaks branch today after years as we usually go to Bromley branch. We had the usual chilli squid. Chicken gyoza, the new rice squares and I tried the new duck dish which was absolutely beautiful however, the portion size of the squid and duck dish were tiny with about 8 pieces of squid. Kimchi good, salty edamame fine but ramen disaster. Overcooked noodles, broth absolutely boring... Chicken one ok but beef. Asking that price for such a low quality is not wise. Remember original wagamama ramen was good.... This one is cheap. Staff smiling but meals came 10min from each other... Sorry, not acceptable.<br><br>Parking: Fine in the city centre
