Costa Coffee

Staff hoovering 25 mins before closing, they were operating the hoover right around us - and it stank. Made us feel very unwelcome. Is it too much to ask that the staff clean after the coffee shop is closed!

Why does the guy in there not seem to get any help making drinks, which causes big queue. There are other staff in there. The guy is very polite and always thanks you for your patience, but they should help him.

It's my local Costa. So I'd love to give it glowing reviews and normally I would. But I had a bad experience recently. Hopefully that isn't a sign of it slipping.
