Subway

Large chain sandwich shop. It’s a little dingy and few people dine in, but there’s plenty of seating if you wish to do so. The food is standard Subway fare and the staff are well trained, if possibly a little overworked.Parking: The nearest reliable parking is probably Sainsbury’s car park, a few minutes walk away

Subway is great but please serve food that is meant to be hot, hot!!! Its so infuriating when you buy food that is luke warm or blatantly cold. Had a 2 x meatball marina where both the meat balls were stone cold. Only realised when we went home. So only 4 stars out of 5!

Put simply this was the best dining experience I have had in the UK for many a year.The bread certainly was 'hearty' although I'm not convinced it was actually Italian. The meats were fantastic and reminded me of summer holidays spent frequenting traditional delis around authentic Puglia, Italy. The salad selection was fresh and fragrant and balanced the sandwich perfectly.Don't even get me started on the Ranch dressing. Out of this world!5 stars!
