I felt I had to write a review because I know the ratings here aren’t so good and want to share my thoughts. In keeping with what others having said, in the past I have known the delivery to take a very long time (up to 2hrs). Despite this, I come back to Papa Johns because the food is by far the best out of all pizza delivery options in my opinion (lots of good options for dietary requirements) and I always get exactly what I’ve ordered, no problems like with other takeaways....read full review

Cannot fault Papa Johns Ely. The pizza is always great and consistent whenever I go throughout the year. I always go in and collect, normally weekday lunchtimes. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
