Greggs

Wouldn’t normally leave a review for Greggs as it’s pretty standard across all of their stores. However, went into the Cross Street branch in Manchester to grab breakfast and the staff member was so friendly and polite, I couldn’t not leave feedback. Didn’t get the staff’s name as it just said trainee on the badge but was Saturday 28th April at around 9am. Called in cross street Greggs yesterday. To get two take away soups to warm us up as heating broke at work . Normally fabulous service and food spot on for price . But on this occasion so disappointed tomato soup was cold . Went in today ordered a coffee and just wanted to tell lady her soup was cold so didn’t happen again . But she didn’t want to know telling she checks it all the time . Ended up in a big issue . Which I would think any business would be glad of customers...read full review
