Always chaotic. No seat to try on shoes, difficult with a mobility disability. A lady doing online order collecting pushed me with her trolley as I was getting something from the bottom shelf. I hate going there but they have a good range of products.

I've given it only three stars because of the checkout issues, there's rarely more than one on an ordinary checkout so you either have to scan, which I would recommend or self checkouts of which there are two types, trolley or basket, I absolutely hate self checkouts because you ALWAYS need help from an assistant so I avoid them like the plague.
