Came here for a Sunday roast and it was absolutely divine. The roast potatoes were really fluffy, excellent portion sizes and the biscuit cheesecake finished it off perfectly. What a lovely place. Spent a weekend with my friend who lives nearby and extols the virtues of her local pub so much that I had to try it. Came on a Saturday evening and tried the steak with added scampi. Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and every mouthful was delicious. Crispy fluffy chips and little scampi bites. Great friendly pub/restaurant. The service is great with polite, pleasant staff. The restaurant has a good selection of food and serves great food. Definitely recommend this venue.
