Best Greggs experience I've had, Ryan was an absolute boss. Put care into our hot chocolates making them 10/10.Also let us know how long it was going to be until the fresh sausage rolls were comming out.

I popped in around 2oclock today (18/09/21)There was 2 younger boys working there and I just want to say the customer service was amazing. They are a credit to the store, I had to wait 5 minutes for a pasty to be cooked, I was offered a drink while I waited as it took 7/8 minutes rather than the 5 they first said which was no fault of thier own , they had to make sure it was fully cooked before serving, really good customer service , it was nice to see , not like most stores lately...read full review
