Caffè Nero

The coffee shop is quite big and cozy vibes. The food was okay, normal. The staff was patient but a bit hard to communicate, I asked for soy milk but she kept getting confused, asking whether it was to replace the milk in the cappuccino which it was not, I just wanted to get soy milk by itself. The crossaints were okay, not too many options for bakery. The cue behind me was getting a bit long.

Not too many Nero coffee shops are left in this area. Many Caffe Neros have closed, which is shame. The promotional drink of pistachio latte seems to be at the discretion of the barrista.
