Popped in for a quick toastie and latte as tragedy struck as I stopped outside to make a phone call. My car broke down and I had to wait on AA.Oh my goodness, that coffee was fab. Servers were just lovely and it was made in a couple of minutes. Well done women of costco. I only left a 50p tip I regret it, it should have been more. Next time I pass it will be. Hope my car doesn't die on me again. ?
A Costa is never going to be an incredible coffee experience, simply because it’s so mass-produced, but this is one of the better ones I’ve been to.Plenty of space, polite staff, it was clean and tidy and service was fast. The toilets were also very clean, which I was surprised at. The drive-thru is quick and the service is friendly.A good place to visit for a drink and a snack.
Sadly poor service . The last three visits here lacked customer service and now is time to say something . Almost no acknowledgement that you are a customer and no response to a thank you . Don't really listen to what is said after having asked a question and then have to ask again . Can't use the excuse that it was busy and rushed off their feet but can manage to talk to their colleagues.A poor show !
