Today's experience in this Greg's deserves a 5☆ review the two guys working there were lovely and their customer service, wow! They brightened up my day with their kindness , and my partner and I loved the food, too. Such a lovely place! Staff have always been great! Used this store for over 10 months and they have always been amazing, they go the extra mile and you just cannot fault them. If you are gonna use a greggs in Swansea use these guys…but remember to be patient and treat them like people! Also, it’s always kind to ring greggs up and leave them a little compliment…to boost staff morale. Doing a great job guys!
