Yatzen

Had a great meal at Yatzen Contemporary Oriental Restaurant and Takeaway last night. Haven’t been there since before covid and when it reopened for seating in. Lovely food, friendly and great service from the staff and very reasonable price. Will def be making regular visits, thanks to all the Yatzen staff ?

Called ahead with a takeaway order for collection. All ready when I arrived, the team at Yatzen were all very pleasant and very interactive. The food was lovely, tasty and still hot by the time I got home. A lovely meal was had by all.

Strayed from our two regular Chinese takeaways as Yatzen was the only open. A very unusual mix of good and bad to report on Yatzen, firstly the flavours were outstanding. But a few things let them down. The satay chicken was so delicious but the chicken itself tasted re cooked to me. It may have been the crispiness meant for the dish and i am not use to it, but there was no mistaking the ribs. A full portion of gristle. Such a shame because again the flavour was outstanding.
