Dining at 412

Was over from the States visiting family and was dying for a traditional cream tea. It was absolutely delicious. Came with scones, clotted cream and jam, 3 different types of delicious finger sandwiches, cake, shortbread and fresh strawberries. Couldn’t finish it all. Jen (manager) was so attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Her staff were very friendly.<br>Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience here - wonderful service, and a nice open and airy space overlooking the green.<br>I have the eggs benedict " Bomb" - so full of flavour and obviously their own home made hollandaise sauce to compliment a perfectly poached egg with smoked salmon on a fresh English muffin.<br><br>I will definitely return to this little gem in Warlingham village!

We had a lovely experience having lunch in this lovely cafe. The staff where friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty, brilliant menu which plenty of choice but not too overwhelming. The chicken coronation panini was very good and just what I wanted my mum had the Crayfish salad and avocado on toast which she said was delicious. We shared a slice of lemon and poppy seed cake which was lovely and had a really delicious icing very fluffy. Definitely worth a visit xx
