I order bubble tea here very often, it is delicious.The good thing about this place is that it has big, chewy tapioca and you can get hot or cold bubble tea. I prefer the hot bubble tea.However, sometimes the tapioca at the bottom isn't chewy, and the wait time is around 10 minutes (I shop at other places while the bubble tea is preparing). Best value around and really tasty, good portions and staff are lovely. I've been using this company for nearly 6 years and they quality has got much better over the past few years .
