Lovely italian food served in a beautiful old building that captures the very essence of York. Service was quick and the food high quality. The mussels were some of the best I've ever had. It can be quite loud downstairs, but we were upstairs which was fine. Excellent food and friendly and attentive staff.<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: Upstairs not accessible.

We stepped into the restaurant to be greeted by really friendly waitress. They accommodated our walk in for 2 request on a busy Saturday night so it was a great start.<br><br>The Buratta with avocado and tomato to start was perfect.
