Overall a great place to have coffee, especially prior to shopping in Tesco. Sometimes service can be a little slow but tolerable. However too many people just sit at tables, usually a table for 4, and sit there with no drinks working on their laptops.<br>This needs sorting out.
For a long time we have been going regularly in a morning (8 ish) recently there has only been one member of staff at peak time with long queues ! I beg the question why this has happened as it was always two staff and no queues? Not happy customer !!
Great service from the staff here, very friendly. Food and coffee is as expected at a Costa. Only downsides are the place looks like it needs a really good clean in both the seating areas and behind the counter. Flies buzzing around. The checkout bleeping is quite irritating.
