It's McDonald's so you know what to expect foodwise, it's just this branch is the worst in regards to service. The staff are nice but the drive thru always takes longer than other McDonald's, there's always something missing from the menu, today there was no coffee! Very disappointed with the service today, it felt very disorganised. 2 x Customers walked out because not being served. My order was wrong, I had ask the order board to remove cheese and it did not work so asked a member of staff (who was helpful) to remove one item of cheese not across the complete order, but the food came out wrong. The time it took to get our food was far to long. It wasn't even busy. Come McDonald's Waltham Abbey get a grip.
