McDonald's

Worse drive thru in the country. Makes every customer wait everytime regardless of what the order is. Cars waiting in bays/carpark/disabled bays for their food. Slow to answer intercom. No organisation whatsoever. Food is generally ok.

McDonald's is what it is, but the Carrickfergus restaurant is one of the best, I know they all make mistakes with orders, but over the years for me, that has been very few and far between, the staff are excellent, I am there for coffee and a hash brown Monday to Friday for years now, and all the staff are so cheerful and pleasant at 7am when I am there, I couldn't ask for nicer staff and great service, and you could go to more expensive Barista places, but I find the...read full review

I’ve been to so many McDonald’s throughout the UK and Ireland, and I have to say; Vanessa at McDonald’s Larne is the best McDonald’s employee that I have ever come across. Her customer service and knowledge are not only by far the best in McDonald’s Larne but the best that’s I’ve encountered in McDonald’s anywhere. Very impressive.
