A regular haunt of mine. Very efficient and friendly staff. Always clean and tidy. The coffee and food are second to none.<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: Being a wheelchair user it has easy access and the staff always offer to help carry things. Easy accessible toilets.
This is possibly my favourite cafe. It's light and airy, staff are so helpful, coffee made just the way I like it, and not too costly. And free parking!! What's not to like.
I've been using this Costa for a few years now. Recently we tried to order using the app. It took over 30 minutes to receive drinks having chased twice. Not good would have been quicker queuing, and had to take away in the end due to time. I think this could be improved really, perhaps have the person doing the app orders completing them all before leaving the scene to clear up.
