I ordered through Just Eat on 07.07.24 and submitted my order as normal. I got a phone call 5 minutes later from a lovely team member called Karina letting me know an item we’d ordered wasn’t available. Just served by Poppy, she was very friendly, efficient and professional. As a customer it was a delight to be welcomed and served by a person with such a warm personality.As a business owner, I realise that my business is only as successful as the staff we have, I only hope Greggs take this approach to their staff.

Ordered through Just eat and when I got my order I was pleasantly surprised. One item was out of stock and subsequently substituted but in its place where 4 extra donuts with a note attached. Brilliant service and personal touch.
