Peking House

Haven’t been for a while so thought I’d give it a try. Feedback? Lovely people but I have never been able to work out why the food is so bad, maybe it’s the ingredients, maybe the chef, not sure.

I am coeliac and this is my fave takeaway atm. I've probably had from here at least a good 10 times. I usually get the chicken chow mein, but I've also had the chicken fried rice and the chicken and sweetcorn soup, so far every meal has been hot and delicious. The food comes in a timely manner (sometimes a bit longer on a weekend, but during the week it can be super quick), it comes in a good sized tub that's always filled to the brim, and is always piping hot....read full review

Takeaway night, we notice a difference. We've had many takeaways from here, the previous time it seemed to be lacking. We ordered prawn toast, vegetable spring rolls, special curry, chicken balls, chips and egg fried rice. Delivery was on time by a very pleasant delivery driver. There was a noticeable difference with some of our items. Firstly the prawn toast was different, instead of the usually triangles that we are use too it was like a small slice of French stick.
