Visited today for my daughter's 5th birthday. Staff were very helpful, ice creams were good and prices seemed fair. When I visited on 24.09.24 Brandon came to welcome me with a big smile. It was my first time there and he took me to a table and talked me through how to order on the app as I had only just downloaded it. He had also given me the paper menus in case I needed them. The ice-cream and cookie dough is great as you'd expect. Just avoid the lemon meringue pie (and possibly all the cakes). My wife ordered it and the lemon curd was lumpy and horrible, with a graininess like they'd used gelatin and not dissolved it properly.
