Guildford Charcoal Grill

Used to go here every weekend if i couldnt be asked to cook at home. The food was great and the service was great also. But for 3 nights in a row i ordered from here the prices have gone up so high its cheaper to go the pub. The food arrives cold due my other point the driver clearly stops somewhere and has a smoke break cause it takes 2 hours for the order to get to my house. ANd theres no sorry why its late ect. Came in quite late, got a very warm welcome and had a good chat. Took home a very delicious kebab. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This is the 3rd time I've come here over the last couple years and it's always been a very pleasant experience. Cheers guys keep up the good work!

Never had bad food. Order direct from the website. Service 3* as once you order you have literally 0 time scale to know when your food may come, and it can be 15 mins or two hours as we have experienced!
