Unreal food. Pickled chutney recommended, chicken tikka cooked to perfection and also gave some extra popadoms. Been going here for years and the food gets better and better. Staff are polite and friendly. Thank you!!
Had a lovely meal here. Prawn puri (£5.95) for starter, it had a most delicious sauce. For my main I had chicken pathia (£10.50), saag bhaji (£4.95), special rice (£3.95) and peshawi nann (£3.50). They were good sized portions and all extremely tasty. The service was excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant.
I only ever ordered a Chicken biryani as it come delivered for a tenner. I’d say there was certainly no spirit fire other than a basic tossing in a pan when my meal arrived in a plastic. Their traditional laid back approach sets them far behind in brownie points.
