The bar was fantastic! All game of thrones/house of the dragon themed the attention to detail is wild! We had Toby as our server, he told us the back story to each cocktail and gave fantastic recommendations as we were spoilt for choice. Even had lovely mocktails too

Could not recommend this place enough. The staff are so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much. You get a wonderful experience with full immersion as soon as you walk through the door. Every menu has a story and every drink comes with its own unique take on that story. The staff walk you through every step and are more than happy to make recommendations for you. Can not wait to come back to Edinburgh to come back and see what the next theme is.
