Tortilla Bluewater

Was served by a guy at the till who heated my burrito then passed it on to another worker with glasses. He ended up making a tiny mistake and his co worker pinched him on the side and aggressively told him ‘what did i say about this’ etc.. Made me feel very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional, sad and unpleasant to see. Not sure I’d rush back. It was ok but seemed expensive for what it is. Also didn’t like the amount of extras you have to pay for. Extra to upgrade to beef, extra to add guacamole, extra to add cheese sauce, so I wasn’t sure what the final price was going to be by the time we’d got through the various stages.

Kenzie (Manager/server) delivered great customer service with my choice of meal and my colleague today bn Friday 26/07/2024 @ 1100hours. It was a shame when we wanted to tip her for an excellent cs via card payment because we had no cash on us but she stated that no such service was available.<br>Tortilla should design a process so employees can receive tips and make it optional for customers either in cash or during card payment.
