I had eaten at alot of chip shops in my time and I have eaten lots of fish supper but hands down can say every piece of fish have had from here has been cooked to perfection dunno if just because one in paisley where used to stay was so bad anything be better?lol but no can say best fish and chips have eaten anywhere every time staff as friendly as you expect when run off there feet with orders.Give it a go and hopefully your not the one who get that OFF day piece of fish lol

I used to love this chippy, been going here for nearly four years now, however the last time I got a fish supper there was hardly any chips. I know with the cost of electricity bills, prices has gone up, however the portions have went down. I decided to give it one more try to see if it was the servers dishing out the portions. Decided one night to have some fish and chips, going by my past experiences with chip shops in the Coatbridge area I was a bit apprehensive but I should not have been, I ordered two fish suppers took them home and was absolutely delighted with them, the fish had proper crisp bubbly batter that they never seem to achieve in Scotland it is a usually flat soggy pale yellow batter that sticks to the paper, my partner Sandra is from Bridlington were they know about fish and chips,...read full review
