Fish & Chips at the Pier

Quite cheap (around £40) for 4 servings of cod and chips and it was pretty good taste wise… maybe a 6.5/10.<br><br>However, previous reviewers are correct in saying there is excessive fat dripping off the fish and chips, additionally the cod was about 70% batter and 30% fish (overwhelming) making the serving of fish not really worth it and less tasty overall, it’s a shame as the did that was present was actually pretty good.

This was Plan C for us, as the two other fish and chips restaurants were full when we wanted to eat. No problem as the food was really nice - cod, chips and a gherkin for £10. Good service from the young ladies serving as well. No inside seating so may be cold before you finish eating outside.
